Jamie joined Balance in 2018 as Finance Director.  Jamie has a background in private equity where he has over 10 years’ experience in fund structuring, finance, and operations.  At Balance he is responsible for all aspects of our financial and regulatory requirements and works with the investment team on deal structuring and modeling.

Prior to joining Balance, Jamie was Group Financial Controller at private equity real estate manager Queensgate Investments where he was responsible for financial operations, reporting and control for the group’s GBP 1.6B AUM. Prior to this he had positions in the Synthetic Products Group at Goldman Sachs and corporate affairs at Macquarie Bank.

Jamie is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant having trained with Deloitte, and holds a BCA in Accounting, Commercial Law, and E-Commerce from Victoria University of Wellington.
